Question: How do I cancel my account?
Answer: You can cancel your account by going to the subscription information page.

Question: I lost my password. What do I do?
Answer: If you've lost your password, you can request it to be emailed to you by using the Email Password form.

Question: How can I update my Email Address or password for my account?
Answer: For Current members, there is no way to change your Email Address because it is your username to gain access to the member only area. You can reset your password using our Password Reset form.

Question: How do I update the software required to view the content in the member only area?
Answer: To view a list of suggested or required software, Click Here.

Question: How long does my membership last?
Answer: Your account, or membership lasts until you cancel it. If you're a full-member, you're billed automatically on the day you initially signed up on each month.

Question: Do adult websites have worms and malware? Should I be concerned?
Answer: Our sites do not contain spyware, adware, malware, worms, or viruses. If you think you're infected, make sure you run an anti-virus scan on your computer.

Question: Do I need to have cookies enabled in my browser to view your site?
Answer: Yes, you need to have cookies enabled to view our web sites.
